All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor the status of your shipment.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer standard and express shipping options depending on your location and the nature of the product.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): Delivery within 2–4 business days

Shipping Charges:

  • Standard shipping is free on orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹50 will be applicable.

  • Express delivery may include additional charges depending on the region.

3. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across India, including major cities, towns, and most rural areas. International shipping is not available at this time.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate and complete to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

4. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–6 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 6–10 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, holidays, or logistical issues. We will make every effort to keep you informed in such cases.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner’s website to monitor your shipment in real-time.

If you do not receive tracking information within 72 hours of order confirmation, please contact us immediately.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence of the damage for internal review and will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

7. Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change the delivery address after placing the order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the order is dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
